ChiiDo (real name Chinedum Nnochiri) is a UK based Nigerian artist currently making waves in the Afro-Hip-Hop community. His Pidgin English infused rap style loaded with satirical lyrics has endeared him to Djs on European and African broadcast outlets.

As an attestation to how music lover all over the continent are endeared to his style of rap, ChiiDo’s music video “Shake Body” & “Gbejo” went straight to No.1 on Africa’s MTV Base top ten during the summer of 2006. Pero adiniyi (With low cut)

The question on people’s minds is ‘who will be 2face’s bride?’ Will it be Ann Macaulay, who gave birth to a baby girl few weeks ago in far away America? Will it be Pero Adeniyi who already has two children for him? Or will it be Sumbo Ajaba Who once lived with him in his FESTAC home. At the moment Pero is said to be living with him while Ann Macaulay is the anointed candidate by 2face’s mother and Sumbo is said not to be relenting in her effort to be the first lady in the star’s house. At the moment, the star is still keeping his choice close to his heart and close watchers are trying to guess who will get the ring. Will it be someone outside of the three contenders? Only time will tell.

those who have been privileged to hear some of his recordings say that fans would be blown away by Jim Iyke’s extraordinary rap talent. Critiques on the other hand wonder if the Nollywood actor turned singer would be highly embraced by the hip hop community or join the rest of “failed nollywood musicians”

you would recall that the likes of Osuofia, Ramsey Nouah, Shan George, Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola, Mr. Ibu, Segun Arinze, Desmond Elliot having tried to have a peice to the “highly lucrative” music industry but to no avail. We hope jimmy boy will break the jinx.

The firm, LMAG International, has deemed it fit to make Stephanie the face of its new range of products made strictly for African women.

LMAG is presently making in-roads into the African market and as such sought for a face that would be used to project its range of products, and when the search began in the United States among African American women based there, it was Nigeria’s Stephanie Okereke that won the right to have her being used to market the product. The actress has said that she never believed she would have stood any chance against the long list of very beautiful women that were short-listed for the job, but since it has come her way, she can only be grateful to God for singling her out as the lucky one that will fly the flag all over Africa.

She’s back, stronger and better. Thumbs up girl
